Job Description
The successful candidate will assist the Head, Human Resources to oversee the entire HR functions of the group. These functions include; all aspects of Recruitment & Selection, enforcing discipline, handling grievance, Appraisals and Performance Management, and so forth.
Requirements
- A university degree in Arts, Social Sciences or it’s equivalent.
- A minimum of 2-4 years practical HR Experience.
- Age 25-30years
- Ability to supervise and delegate tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and attention to details
- Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Good problem solving abilities
