Job Description
Adexen, an international recruitment firm, is looking for highly skilled graduates to join a large FMCG Multinational Company in its Management Trainee Program
The Management Trainee program is designed to develop graduates through specially designed functional programs in the hope that they become part of the future senior management talent pool.
Successful graduates from this program will be inducted into the company to take up specific roles in:
§ Sales and Marketing
§ Finance
§ Supply Chain
§ Information Systems
§ Research And Development
§ Human Resources
§ Requirements and Personal Qualities
To be qualified for this position, an applicant must posses:
§ A minimum of HND (Distinction) or BSc Degree (second class upper) in of the following fields:
§ Business & Commercial Sciences
§ Pure Sciences (Pharmacy, Biological, Biochemistry, Microbiology etc)
§ Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, and Production)
§ Candidate must not be more than 27 years of age by October 2010
§ Should have between 0-2 years work experience
§ Interested in having a career in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector
§ Possess a creative and analytical mind
§ Passionate about building an International career
§ Willingness to improve and result oriented
§ Good Oral and written communication skills
§ Team Work Spirit
