Job Description
Qualifications- HND/BSc Qunatity Surveying, Civil Engineering or any other construction related fields
- Membership of related professional bodies will be an advantage
- Minimum of 6 years work experience in quantity surveying
- Not more than 45 years
Key Responsibilities
- Ensures safety of life and environment while working within international standards in all construction
- Provides input to risk profiling and general management of projects
- Monitors the timely production of reliable cost reports and BOQs
- Produces and presents monthly/quarterly reports including cashflow information on projects
Other competencies
- Thorough knowledge of construction procedures and working methods
- Thorough knowledge of construction safety, health, quality and environment procedures
- Enhanced understanding of construction law and contractual terms in all standard forms
- High level of computer literacy
